Indulge in a six-week journey through the world of gourmet delights! From artisanal cheeses to premium chocolates and fine wines, immerse yourself in a sensory exploration of exquisite flavors and craftsmanship. Each week, we will learn about soft and hard cheeses, chocolate making, wine production, and how your charcuterie favorites, like prosciutto and salami, are made. Following our exploration of the intricate processes behind crafting these gourmet delicacies, you'll have the delightful opportunity to savor them firsthand! An additional $30 course fee due on the first day of class covers ingredients and samples. Join us for a culinary adventure like no other! Please note, this course may not be suitable for those with dairy restrictions.
